Because each response is made to order, we cannot offer refunds once your letter has been submitted and processing has begun.

This includes situations where:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You are unsatisfied with the tone, style, or outcome of the reply

  • You made an error in your submission

 
2. Exceptions

We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical failure that prevents delivery

  • Accidental submission with no meaningful content (e.g. blank letter)

3. Amendments or Rewrites

While we do not guarantee rewrites, we may offer a one-time revision at our discretion, especially in the event of:
